Alain Cesar

Alain Cesar is a litigation associate of the Sanders Law Group. In over a decade, Mr. Cesar experience in real estate transactions, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant and breach of contract matters. This experience included more than five years of experience representing mortgage lenders and loan servicers in creditor rights actions.

Mr. Cesar is now focused on serving consumers in consumer rights litigation regarding the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Mr. Cesar oversees the Firm’s FCRA Department.
