Jonathan M. Cader

Jonathan Cader is a senior associate with the Sanders Law Group and oversees the Firm’s Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) practice, in addition to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) and copyright litigation. During the course of his fifteen professional year career, Mr. Cader has been involved with complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, which have included copyright infringement litigation, civil RICO actions, and has served as special counsel on a pro hac vice basis in other complex litigation matters. Mr. Cader has represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy litigation matters. In addition to the foregoing, Mr. Cader has represented parties in contract disputes, foreclosure defense, international theft of trade secrets, representing employers in cases arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, tort claims, and a host of other matters. Mr. Cader has argued appeals in the First and Second Departments of New York State Supreme Court and has been the primary draftsman for briefs on appeal in the Second, Ninth and Tenth Circuits.
